Position : Purchasing, Executive

Description : Purchasing Executive source and buy materials, good, and services on

   behalf of the employer to be resold or used in daily operations.

   Purchasing Executive maintain stock levels, and may also conduct

   research, negotiate with vendors, and interview prospective suppliers.

Qualification : 

1. Degree in Logistic, Supply Chain, Business Administration or relevant field

2. Entry Level or Junior level

Responsibilities : 

1. Conduct product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.

2. Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.

3. Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.

4. Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.

5. Inspecting stock and reporting any fault items or inconsistencies immediately.

6. Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.

7. Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.

8. Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.

9. Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.

10. Working to improve purchasing systems and standard operation processes (SOP)

11. Prepare all the documents for export and import shipment especially custom clearance and international shipment by liaising with freight forwarder.

12. Liaise with Warehouse Executive in ensure all material and supplier are available to fulfill company operational needs. Stock level is sufficient with no shortage, no overstock or overcharging and quality is the same or better.

13. Source and negotiate for the best-inbound freight and to implement cost cutting measures where necessary.

14. Any other ad-hoc as per assigned by the Director or Senior Executive.

Position : Marketing, Executive

Job Description:

1. Draft, propose, execute, monitor, evaluate marketing related functions, plans and activities including branding campaigns, publicity, events and others with innovative ideas.

2. Content creation with creative development and meticulous management for all marketing activities including marketing materials, websites and various social media channels to create talk of the town effect which ultimately lead to sales. 

3. Work with technical teams in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.

4. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key challenges.

5. Manage agencies, budgeting/reporting, planning and administration.

6. Assist in preparing internal and external communications.

7. Assist in planning, executing, and measuring effectiveness of offline marketing.

8. To provide management with update on the market opportunities.

9. Track ROI of different marketing channels and keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaign.

10. Able to take a design brief and interpret into artwork.

Job Requirements:

1. A minimum 2 years of professional experience in the related field is required for this position.

2. Degree holder in Marketing/Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.

3. Required skills: graphic design, desktop publishing, digital design and illustration; Video editing skill is an added advantage.

4. Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Premiere Pro & After Effect) and Microsoft Office.

5. Understanding and experience of corporate branding, layout, colour theory and typography in both print and digital media.

6. Strong in sense of design, creative and attentive to detail.

7. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.

8. Ability to work efficiently in a high pressured environment.

Position : Junior Technical Support Services Engineer

Salary : RM 2,000 – RM 2,500

Job Description:

1. Composite engineers utilize composite materials, such as resins, carbon fiber composites, and glass fiber – based materials, to design structures and buildings. Composite materials are made by combining two substances with different properties that, when put together, produce a more durable product. These composites are used to build bridges, buildings, spacecraft, imitation granite, and other structures that need to withstand demanding situations.

2. As a composite engineer, you specialize in how to utilize these materials to design projects to meet client needs per ISO 248117/ASME PCC2.
