1) HR Executive cum Admin Assistant
Responsible for all human resource operation functions i.e. assist in attendance/payroll duties. prepare appointment letter, transfer, confirmation. promotion, schedule, staff leaves, renewal company insurance, policies and other HR relevant matters.
To handle all general administration work like filing system, proper labelling, update new listing and ad hoc task.
Any other work assign by Company Director and Head of Human Resource.
Job Requirements:
Minimum diploma in Human Resource Management, Office Management or equivalent Minimum 1 year work experience, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines, time and task management
Savvy computer skills: proficient in MS Office, Ms Outlook email service
Proficient in Malay and English
Good problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
Exposure to Employee Act and Labour Law
Able to start work immediately
