1. Experienced as Business Development, Operation Management, Business Administration

2. Extensive sales experience

4. Excellent written and verbal communication

7. Must be able to create good presentations

8. Must be detail oriented and an active listener

9. Ability to work under pressure

10. Demonstrated and proven sales results

11. Ability to work individually and as part of a team

12. Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales


*RESPONSIBLE*

1. Identifying new sales leads

2. Handle operation and admin team

3. Make cold calls for new business leads

4  Support in writing new business proposals

5. Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions

6. Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company

7. Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales

8. Overcome objections of prospective customers

9. Conduct market competitive analysis to develop roadmap and sales strategy to secure new business

10. Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met

11. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

12. Establish strong customer relationship by providing information to customers regarding products, pricing and issues/concerns

13. Guide, train and motivate sales team to meet or exceed the sales performance targets

14. Assist marketing team in development of advertising and promotional programs, telemarketing plans and tradeshows.

15. Attend client conferences and meetings in order to network with new and existing contacts
